Shipping policy

At the Coulee Store, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Shipping Methods
We typically ship all orders via Canada Post or Purolator, depending on your location and the most efficient option available.

Processing Time
Orders through Canada Post will be taken to the post office Tuesday and Friday mornings if they are ordered before 5:00pm on Monday and Thursday. Orders through Purolator will be taken to the drop off once to twice a week. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the selected courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. While we are not liable for delays, lost, or damaged packages once in transit, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

If a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the courier to pursue a claim and help facilitate a resolution based on the insurance coverage included with your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
